IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETAILERS ABOUT KITCHEN ORDERS WITH OMEGA PLC

Please find below an update in relation to our customer service levels:
BACKLOG
I’m pleased to inform you that the situation is vastly improving and that we are dealing with some legacy issues as a matter of urgency.
LEAD TIMES
We recently advised that our lead times for Sheraton and Mackintosh kitchens were temporarily increasing to the following:
- Non-painted Sheraton and Mackintosh items: 6 weeks
- Painted Sheraton and Mackintosh items: 7 weeks
- Additions and remedials: within 2 weeks
Following the recovery that we have made, we are pleased to confirm that we will be able to reduce our lead times for full rigid kitchens to 6 weeks for painted kitchens and 5 weeks for non-painted kitchens, for orders placed from 9 December 2019. Remedials will be reduced to 1 week for new remedial orders received from 2 December 2019. This applies to both painted and non-painted items.
I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this period of uncharacteristic service and your continued understanding and co-operation is greatly appreciated.
